The basis of the contract is that you agree to the following conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using them.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 1 General - Scope<\/strong><\/h6>\n

(1) Lead Media LLC operates under the name \"Lead Media\" with its customers. Our terms and conditions apply exclusively; we do not recognize any terms and conditions of the customer that conflict with or deviate from our terms and conditions unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing. Our terms and conditions also apply if we carry out the service to the customer without reservation, despite being aware of conflicting or deviating conditions of the customer.<\/p>\n

(2) All agreements made between us and the customer for the purpose of executing this contract are laid down in writing in this contract.<\/p>\n

(3) Our terms and conditions apply only to entrepreneurs within the meaning of \u00a7 310 para. 1 BGB.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 2 Offer - Offer Documents<\/strong><\/h6>\n

If the order is to be classified as an offer according to \u00a7 145 BGB, we can accept it within two weeks.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 3 Prices - Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h6>\n

(1) The deduction of cash discounts requires a special written agreement.<\/p>\n

(2) Unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation or invoice, the price is net (without deduction) due for payment immediately from the invoice date. The legal rules regarding the consequences of default in payment apply.<\/p>\n

(3) The customer is only entitled to set-off rights if his counterclaims have been legally established, are undisputed, or have been acknowledged by us. Furthermore, he is entitled to exercise a right of retention insofar as his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 4 Reservation of Title<\/strong><\/h6>\n

(1) We reserve the intellectual property in the subject matter of the contract until all payments from the contract have been received.<\/p>\n

(2) Processing or transformation of the subject matter of the contract by the customer is not permitted.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 5 Independence from Third-party Providers<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Our service is in no way associated with Instagram, Facebook, or third-party similar providers.<\/p>\n

\u00a7 6 Quality Criteria & Success Guarantee<\/strong><\/h6>\n

The increase in the overall reach of the account depends largely on the quality of the profile and the desired target group. An increase is not guaranteed, but we offer a \"success guarantee\". For this purpose, if measurable growth of followers on the profile cannot be achieved on any day during the billing period, we will automatically credit the user with an extension of their membership at the end of the billing period!<\/p>\n
